• Hire builders now: Once you have a good foundation, hire builders to automate your income.  With builders, you can make money even when you're not doing anything.
• Keep expanding: Don’t forget to increase the size of your house as you progress. When the house is finished, it will be worth more money because it is bigger. This will let you buy more upgrades and builders.
